CultureCon 2020 was the first of its kind, two day, closed-door conference which examined the unique structure of India’s culture sector, while initiating a much-needed sharing based dialogue around cultural labour and financial models that sustain the sector. Speakers who presented at the conference included stakeholders from government agencies, international cultural organizations, academics, journalists, heads of for-profit creative companies, and more. The conference also included researched position papers, case studies and breakout sessions enabling debate and dialogue over practical challenges, trends and controversies ailing the sector.
