The Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy presented insights from their report 'Queering the Law: Making Indian Laws LGBTQ+ Inclusive' at our event 'Queering the Law' held on 10, Jan 2020.Amongst other themes, the report delved into how to conceptualize laws that account for intimate partner violence/ intra community violence in the LGBTQ community, the need for victim neutrality in existing rape laws in the country and more.
