About the speakers

Neera Nundy is the co-founder of Dasra. She has written and published 22 sector research reports in the education, health and livelihoods sectors. She played a pivotal role in engaging with USAID and Kiawah Trust to form an alliance that focuses on reproductive, maternal and new-born child healthcare, and adolescents girls’ empowerment in India. Neera holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, is an Aspen Institute Fellow and sits on the Board of Mann Deshi and Jaipur Virasat Foundation.

Aditya Natraj is the Founder Director of the Kaivalya Education Foundation, focused on leadership development for social change. Earlier he worked as a Programme Director at Pratham and as a World Bank consultant in Afghanistan. Aditya is a mentor to the faculty program of National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL, NUEPA). He has an MA in Economics and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
