The evening started with a humorous talk by Delhi-based feminist activist and performance artist Pramada Menon. Pramada has been working as an independent consultant with a variety of organizations on issues of women's human rights, gender and sexuality, organizational change management and professional coaching, for over two decades. The talk was a funny, yet poignant take on complex gender issues at the workplace.

This was followed by a panel discussion and audience interaction with Nisaba Godrej, Executive Director Godrej Consumer Products Ltd and Pramada Menon, moderated by Farah Nathani-Menzies, who leads Godrej’s diversity initiative. We ended the evening on musical note with a soulful performance by Kaavya Gupta, Sr. Executive Marketing, Godrej Nature's Basket and Aditya Narayan.
