I'm Pregnant, Not Terminally Ill, You Idiot!

Eating for two. Post-baby body. Beatific mom. Yeah, right!  Lalita Iyer’s I'm Pregnant, Not Terminally Ill, You Idiot! is an irreverent, politically incorrect take on pregnancy and motherhood. It is a book on pregnancy that does not feature a week by week foetus diary, but instead dissects the raw deal of ‘baby-making’ and the reality ‘behind the rosy dream’. Through much humour and entertaining anecdotes, the author makes the reality check into motherhood softer to chew on.
