And the week after that was the launch of A Manifesto for Trans Inclusion, our white paper on transgender inclusion in the workplace.

The Champions programme is an avenue to meaningfully engage with Culture Lab enthusiasts from across the companies in Godrej, thus creating a network of Culture Lab ambassadors among Godrej employees. I am one of the privileged few to be part of this group.

We invited four leading minds in activism and culture - Zainab Patel, Nikhil Taneja, Ritesh Uttamchandani, Supriya Nair - to deliver a masterclass in their fields. These lectures were a part of curriculum for the Godrej India Culture Lab Leadership Programme - a one-month intership at the Culture Lab. The programme is designed to give students an insider's look of the cultural industry in the country to raise cultural leaders of tomorrow.
