In context of a post Section 377 India, the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy presented insights from their report 'Queering the Law: Making Indian Laws LGBTQ+ Inclusive' at our event 'Queering the Law' held on 10, Jan 2020. Amongst other themes, the report delved into how to account for the rights of LGBTQIA families and the importance to critically look at family laws as they exist today.
